The dream of his grandparents, “Tabarak School,” became the focus of his dissertation, titled: “Applying the European Model for Institutional Excellence to the Tabarak Private Schools Group in the Sultanate of Oman in Light of Some Global Experiences.” The practical aspect of the dissertation was implemented in the school, contributing to its enhancement and development.

Dr. Younis Al-Rahbi dedicated his efforts to developing the school by utilizing modern technological tools, transforming Tabarak Private Schools into an integrated digital entity.
