Classification of Private Schools

Ministerial Decision No. (2017/211) established the Private School Classification Office to evaluate and classify schools based on their quality through impartial evaluation teams, ensuring objectivity and accuracy in the assessment. The office developed a classification toolkit that includes standards and criteria, with results to be announced via the Ministry’s portal to inform beneficiaries about the quality of schools.

The classification reflects the quality of schools and the appropriateness of their fees in relation to the services provided. It identifies outstanding schools as well as those that require support.
